Joe Kay is the co-founder of Soulection, as well as host of Soulection Radio and an active DJ in the worldwide music community especially at home in Los Angeles. As a worldwide tastemaker and Head of A&R for Soulection, Joe oversees all artists and musical output of the label while consistently digging for “The Sound Of Tomorrow” and spreading good music across the globe. Joe has been responsible for helping shed light on artists such as Sango, Mr. Carmack, Sam Gellaitry, Esta, GoldLink, IAMNOBODI, and many more forward-thinking artists and DJ’s.

A lover of music and a visionary in his own right, Joe Kay sees no obstacles in his path, creatively problem-solving as he approaches every situation with compassion and an open mind. Joe’s commitment to increasing visibility for good music and educating the public is achieved through his leadership of Soulection and a weekly broadcast of Soulection Radio, which is recorded Red Bull Studios Los Angeles & available via soulection.com each and every Sunday.
